Aponissos Beach of Agistri island

One of the highlights of Agistri is the amazing Aponissos, a private island that is connected with Agistri with a small wooden bridge. The distance is about 8 kilometers from Skala Port or 7 kilometers from Myli Port. It is less than 20 minutes drive and the route is fantastic , between the pine trees but it is very difficult for the bicyclists . When you left Dragonera beach behind you will visit the church of Santa Barbara. Saint Nektarios has visited this small church.The landscape is unique and you will see the wells that people used to collect rain water for their vineyards. It is a location with incredible vibes ! Limenaria , the third village of the island is on our way. You will see the children’s playgound and the church of Santa Kyriaki very close to the village tavern.

The view of the Lake is the sign that you are reaching Aponissos ,our destination. There is an entrance fee of 5 euro which includes your sunbed. You can spend your day there swimming , sunbathing and taking a lot of photos.
